We use 28 ga. metal panels and trim with a 40 yr. fade and chalk Warranty
Do you install the Smart Set foundation or do we have to find someone to do it?
We install the foundation ourselves ensuring that there will be no worries on your end and your building is based on a concrete foundation.
Where do you source your materials?
We warehouse our own materials, ensuring that you are only receiving the best grades of materials available.
Do you build residential pole buildings?
Yes. Bardominiums are becoming very popular and we would be happy to help you on your project
How are your Buildings different from your competitors?
- Concrete Foundations, with our SmartSet foundation System. All your wood framing will be up and above the ground, eliminating the risk of post rot which is and always has been the biggest downside of pole buildings.
- Center Truss spacing, design a building on our 3-d designer and you will see the difference. Your building will have twice the amount of trusses as our competitors and greatly improves Snow loads and Post Structural Strength.
